After cleansing, apply one ampoule per night for 5 days. 

To open the ampoule, use a tissue to grasp the top then firmly snap it open at the point indicated by the ring on the neck. Pour the fluid into your hand, spread all over the face and neck and allow to absorb before applying your night cream.

During the programme, we recommend wearing SPF daily.
