How do I earn points?
What if I return an item?
Should you return a product back to us within 14 days, any pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
How soon will my points be credited to my account after purchase?
Points should arrive in your account within 14 days after your order date.
When do my points expire, and will my tier level be effected?
Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, this will then be cancelled from your Sarah Chapman account. The new balance will reflect your tiered status.
How do I redeem my benefits?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward log in to your account and scroll down to the ‘rewards' section. There you will be able to exchange your points for a voucher code. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order.
How do I unsubscribe from Skinesis Society?
You can leave at any time, cancellation requests are to be sent to customercare@sarahchapman.com. Please note you’ll lose all points earned and access to the programme.
Who can join?
Everyone can join Skinesis Society! If you have an account, please login and click on Loyalty tab. If you don’t yet have an account, go to the Loyalty tab on the homepage and create an account, you will then be auto enrolled into the Skinesis Society programme

How do I view my points balance?
Our rewards balance is displayed via my account once you’ve logged into your Sarah Chapman. You can also view the points occurred and cancelled in your account dashboard below my rewards.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points?
It may take up to 48 hours for the points to appear in your account, should they not appear please contact our customer service team.
What do the 'Approved', 'Pending' and 'Cancelled' statuses mean?
Your reward points history will show a status for each activity.
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed. This typically applies to purchases, referrals or reviews.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase the points will change from pending to cancelled.
What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
In this case, any pending points from the referral will be cancelled and removed from your balance.
Will I be able to earn/redeem points at the Sarah Chapman Skinesis Clinic?
Purchases made in our Clinic or Boutique will not count towards points within the Skinesis Society loyalty programme.
Rewards also cannot be redeemed or claimed in the Clinic or Boutique.
