Best cleanser. I’ve used many cleaners over the years but this one is the best. Wouldn’t use anything else now.

This cleanser is definitely my favourite and I've tried a lot !. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate at all. A pea like amount gently massaged in is enough. I often leave it on as a mask and love the scent. It deep cleanses and make my skin glow.

Once you try this you will keep buying more. Beautiful spa like scent, a little goes a long way. It glides on smoothly and really does what it says, skin feels plump and soft.

I’ve been using this cleanser for several years and I wouldn’t be without it. The scent is luxurious, it’s like having a spa experience at home. Massage into the face and then wipe off with a mitt soaked in warm water. BTW I thought the mitts were an unnecessary extra but they’re wonderful, remove all traces of product and are fab at getting the sleep out of the corners of your eyes. They’re washable too!

“Ultimate” is definitely the right word to describe this product. It simply melts all my make up, including waterproof mascara. I use white disposable cotton towels to dry my face so I can easily tell that I’ve removed every last scrap - easily. I probably massage it in for longer than I need to - because it smells divine.

Disappointing Quality - Not Worth the Investment

As a long-time fan of Sarah Chapman's products, particularly her iconic Overnight Facial, I had high hopes for the Sarah Chapman Pro-Hydro-Mist Steamer. Based on the brand’s reputation, I expected a top-tier, high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

From the start, I noticed a leaking issue, which I initially overlooked because the mist produced was fine and dense. However, after just 10 to 12 uses, the steamer completely stopped working. I understand that things can happen with any device, but given the high price point of this product, I anticipated much better durability and reliability.

Like many of us, I’ve been busy, and the steamer has since been sitting unused in my drawer for months. Now, I'm left wondering if there’s a warranty for this product or if it can be repaired or replaced. If not, this will go down as a significant mistake in my purchasing choices.

Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed in the Sarah Chapman Pro-Hydro-Mist Steamer. For the price, I expected far more longevity and performance. I would not recommend this product based on my experience, and I regret this purchase.

This product is gorgeous. It works great especially in the dry season. Just put two drops at night on your face and massage thoroughly. Then your next day make up can see a big difference. I will definitely restock this product again.

I am in my 40’s and have extremely dry, sensitive and hormonal skin. This dreamy all-in-one moisturizer, skincare and SPF is the best I’ve ever used. Sadly the dispenser is the worst design ever. It doesn’t pump well at all and you can’t tell how much product is left - at this price you want to use every last drop and you can’t!!! You also can’t tell when it’s time to reorder. Total product fail for these reasons.

Seriously SC - time to make your existing dispensers refillable with clear product capsules. For such advanced skincare, your packaging is outdated and impractical.

I was compelled to come wrote a review because I saw a few that had mentioned"pump not working" well I thought mine stopped working but guess what it wasn't the pumps fault I realized I had my bottle next to me while my face eat dropping and water got into the crevices of the pump when I emptied it from the sides viola it worked again. Thank you for making such an incredible product I feel ten times younger already and I've only been using it for one month. But I'll never use any other product again.

When I use the Liquid Facial Resurfacer my skin feels really lovely and clean but not stripped or dry. My serums appear to absorb easier and my skin feels lively and fresh in the morning. No dryness just lovely and smooth.

These treats are the best. I take them on holiday put them in the fridge and they are brilliant before an evening out. Thank you!!

Have seen dark circles under my eyes for the first time over the last few months, so decided to try the small size. For me, promising results as they are definitely less noticeable after a few applications.

Received a faulty bottle - the pump doesn’t work so can’t get any product out. Reached out to ask for a replacement/refund and got no response. Not impressed with this service considering the price tag…
