Sarah Chapman Skinesis formulas are suitable for all skin tones and concerns, and all products are used within our clinic facials. Our experience of treating skin within the clinic, enables us to deal with concerns such as hyperpigmentation and sensitivities found within darker skin tones, using products which even out skintone while protecting, supporting and hydrating.

We recommend starting with a good cleanser and a night product, and then adding to your routine gradually as your skin acclimatises. You might like to try one of our many travel-size products, so that you can see how the formula works with your skin before purchasing a full-size formula. Whilst every complexion is different, many of our clients with sensitive skin have found Skinesis products excellent for their concerns. We do have some products created specifically for sensitive skin: Ultimate Cleanse, Comfort Cream D-stress, Ultra Recovery Booster, Liquid Facial D-stress, and 3D Moisture Infusion. We would not recommend using our Pro Hydro-Mist Steamer on complexions prone to rosacea, as the heat may cause further irritation.

Sarah Chapman Skinesis proudly does not, and never has, tested its products on animals.

Absolutely; although due to the potent nature of our formulas, we believe you will see more dramatic results from a complete Skinesis regime.

We do not use parabens in our products. All our products are carefully formulated for optimal effectiveness, and we use only the very best, most efficacious ingredients. All our products undergo extensive testing and have been deemed safe for use.

Our products have not undergone non-comedogenic testing; however, we do carefully formulate all of our products to be suitable and beneficial for congestion-prone skin.

Our Skinesis products have been carefully formulated to ensure that they are beneficial for most skin concerns. However, every complexion is different and may react to certain ingredients. If your skin is prone to sensitivity, we recommend patch-testing a small amount of your chosen formula before full application.

90% of our products are vegan. 10% contain beeswax derived from ‘happy bees’ (no bees were harmed in the making of the beewax). Some of our products use a shellfish by-product, although they do not actually contain shellfish.

Active ingredients are those that deliver noticeable changes to the skin. All of our formulas contain actives at clinically tested percentages.

All age groups will benefit from a health-boosting anti-ageing regime – consistency is key, so the longer you use effective products for, the better results you will see. Ideally, starting to use anti-ageing formulas in your 20s will help to prevent early signs of ageing by inhibiting collagen breakdown and replenishing vital nutrients and moisturising factors that will keep skin radiant and youthful.

This depends on a variety of factors; from the rate at which your skin cells regenerate, to the specific actives you’re using. Some of our formulas will deliver instant effects; whilst others (like retinol) often take time to reveal their results. We generally advise you use a product for three months before assessing its effect on your skin.

Whilst some of our current packaging is recyclable, we are continuing to work hard to find more sustainable packaging options. Our packaging is specifically designed to be airtight and opaque, to ensure the actives within don’t lose potency. Maintaining these benefits within environmentally friendly packaging is a challenge – but one that we are working on!

If you visit our clinic you are welcome to drop off your empties as we partner with Terracycle for recycling.

Once the parcel arrives in the shipping country, the parcel is distributed to a third-party courier who will then deliver the parcel to the customer. The courier DPD chooses to partner with depends on the country, and the courier offering the best service within that country.

We offer free delivery for all orders across the world.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer: the courier will either contact the customer before the parcel is on the plane, or once the parcel has arrived in the country.

Delivery cost outside of the EU does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee and could delay delivery.

We tailor our facials for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our reception team to guide you in selecting suitable treatments during this special time.

For treatments, children aged between 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults aged 16-18 years must have written consent from a guardian. We politely ask that children below the age of 14 are not brought into the Skinesis Clinic.
